Huckworthy Bridge
Huckworthy Bridge
River Walkham

A pretty spot to stop and paddle your feet in the clean river Walkham, Huckworthy Bridge is close to Tavistock and within Dartmoor National Park.

The bridge is on the river Walkham between the settlements of Sampford Spiney and Walkhampton. Huckworthy Bridge was the site of a Cobalt Mine (Wheal).

The river Walkham is good for fishing, Brown Trout, Salmon and Sea Trout.
